Hate speech has been increasingly prevalent in the German-speaking online community in recent years. While several studies have examined the contents of well-established social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, there is a lack of knowledge about emerging youth-oriented platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, and Discord, and how hate speech evolves into a right-wing extremist ecosystem within these contexts. To develop effective counter-narratives, it is essential to comprehend how hate speech spreads and transforms online. This project aims to bridge this critical knowledge gap and significantly contribute to the comprehension of how hate speech evolves and spreads online.
